Our advisory team takes over from there. We handle consultation, property matching, legal process, and closing. You receive your commission when the transaction completes.

Common Questions

Do I need a real estate license to join?
No. The Council is open to anyone with a relevant network of potential buyers. You don't need to be a licensed broker or agent.
What countries can I introduce buyers from?
Any country. Our core markets are the UK, US, UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia, but we accept introductions from anywhere.
How much do I earn per transaction?
Commission rates are shared during onboarding. Rates are competitive and increase based on volume. There is no cap on earnings.
When do I get paid?
You are paid when the property transaction closes. Payment is processed directly to your bank account.
What do I need to do after making an introduction?
Nothing. Once you make the introduction, our advisory team takes over completely. We keep you updated on progress and notify you at closing.
Can I introduce multiple buyers?
Yes. There is no limit on the number of introductions. Active partners who consistently bring qualified buyers are moved to premium tier rates.
Is there a cost to join?
No. There is no application fee, no membership fee, and no upfront cost of any kind.
What support do I get?
Every Council member gets a dedicated relationship manager, co-branded materials, market training, and access to a deal tracking dashboard.
What if the buyer doesn't purchase immediately?
Many buyers take time to decide. Our team nurtures every lead and keeps them engaged. Your introduction remains attributed to you regardless of when they buy.
Can I introduce someone who is already in contact with Haram Homes?
Introductions are credited on a first-come, first-served basis. If the buyer is already in our system, we'll let you know transparently.
